HOW TO JOIN GO ?

!! read #how-to-order-and-pay channel !!

  1. Find the GO that you want to join in #opening-go.

  2. Send your order in the channel #may-we-have-your-order in the correct format. (separate messages for different GOs)

  3. Check the price and MAKE YOUR PAYMENT WITHIN AN HOUR!!! after sending your order submission.

  4. Send your payment note in the channel #payment-checks.

  5. Please wait for us to confirm your payment within 48 hrs and we will ADD A REACTION to both your messages to confirm your order.

  6. Once your order is confirmed, your order will appear in the GO card on our website (if your order does not appear an hour after deadline, please let us know!)

  7. Wait for 2nd payment (EMS shipping) announcement and make your payment after receiving the notice.

  8. When we have finished packing your order, we will update your order in our shipping list and it will show the the 3rd payment (Domestic Shipping Fee - DSF) you should pay.

  9. After confirming all 3 payments, we will ship out your orders as soon as we can.

  10. We will update the tracking number (if applicable) on the shipping list after postage.

➳ PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE 100% COMMITTED TO ORDERING BEFORE JOINING GO - GOs normally take longer time to process so if you are impatient/ cannot wait for your goods, we advise that please do not join GO!

➳ ALWAYS CHECK DISCORD SERVER AND EMAILS - These are the only forms of communication between us and you (the buyers). If you do not check emails and messages, there will be delay to your orders.

➳ VIOLATION OF GO RULES WILL RESULT IN WARNING / BLOCK LIST - A warning will be given if violation of our GO T&Cs. 3 WARNINGS = BLOCK LIST. We do not tolerate any abusive language and behaviour towards any admins. If such incident occurs, you will be blocked without warning.

➳ NO CANCELLATION AFTER THE 1ST PAYMENT DEADLINE - If you want to cancel your order after the 1st payment deadline, there will be no refund! If you drop out after the 1st payment, you will be given a warning strike.

➳ YOU MUST PAY FOR EVERY PAYMENT - By filling in the form you commit to paying for all payments, so be a 100% sure that you can pay before you fill in the form. Please ensure that you have paid full payments. Incomplete payments will lead to a warning strike. NO PAYMENT = NO ORDER!

➳ PLEASE PAY BEFORE ORDERING - There will be a set deadline described in every form for said payment. We advise to pay as soon as possible and not wait until the deadline in order to avoid any confusion or inconveniences. **Missing 1st payment will result in automated cancellation of your order, even if you have filled in the form before deadline.

➳ UNPAID 2ND PAYMENT BECOMES AN ABANDONED ORDER - If you don't pay for the 2nd payment by the deadline, your order will be considered unwanted/abandoned. In this case, there will be no refund and we won't send you the item. So please, check your mails/ server notifications often and read carefully!

➳ WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE IF FANSITE DISAPPEARS - If the GO is for fansite’s goods and the fansite disappears/does not respond after the money has been transferred, there is no refund. Refund ONLY if the fansite cancels all orders.

➳ WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST/DAMAGED ITEMS - We try our best to pack the items as carefully as we can, to prevent any damage caused during the shipping process. However, we are not responsible for lost packages, especially if you choose un-tracked option. If this happens, please contact us and we will do our best to help you find out what's happened with your package if it gets delayed or lost.

➳ WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DELAYS FROM SELLER/FANSITE/POST SERVICE - we will do our best to get updates and keep you, of course, updated.
